Hi, my name is Wiktoria. My balloon journey began when I was little and used to help my mum with balloon decorations. Over the years I cultivated my passion and developed new skills. I have gained both practical and theoretical knowledge on balloon decorations and sculptures with many courses I completed. Currently I provide service of event decoration as fully qualified and registered decorator.
